Tip Top Supersoft Gluten-Free Bread Cases with Ham and Creamed Corn

Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Tip Top Supersoft gluten free bread, buttered well
  • 4 eggs, lightly whisked
  • ¾ cup creamed corn
  • 100g ham, roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cut the crusts from the bread and press firmly into a muffin tin buttered-side down.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and creamed corn. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour into the bread cases. Top each bread case with some chopped ham.
  5. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until the egg is just set and golden.
