Tip Top Supersoft Gluten-Free Bread Cases with Ham and Creamed Corn
Ingredients
- 10 pieces Tip Top Supersoft gluten free bread, buttered well
- 4 eggs, lightly whisked
- ¾ cup creamed corn
- 100g ham, roughly chopped
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Cut the crusts from the bread and press firmly into a muffin tin buttered-side down.
- Whisk together the eggs and creamed corn. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour into the bread cases. Top each bread case with some chopped ham.
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until the egg is just set and golden.
